Meet Gary Fleyshman: a caring dad with a passion for project management, a love of soccer and a hidden drawing talent.
Gary, more commonly known as G Fly around the office, is a Project Manager on Team Traub for Dixon Projects. In this role, Gary deals with contractors, property acquisitions and renovation budgets across various projects. “I’m usually working on 5-20 projects at a time, depending on the time of year and how busy we are.” Gary also works closely with the Property Management Team and recently began helping Pure Properties with pre-sale repairs.
This loyal and caring hustler works hard to get what he wants. “I’m a Leo – really relaxed and laid back, but I know when to step up and fight for what I love.” One of Gary’s loves is his daughter, Nikki. On his desk, sticky notes display small, scenic drawings from Nikki, “She got her artistic talents from me; we love to draw.” He smiled, “We also ride Motorcross bikes together. We like the courses with the ramps and jumps.” Outside of work, G Fly also finds time to play his favorite sport, soccer, 2-4 times per week participating in leagues during the spring and indoor soccer throughout the winter.
